Austin, TX – May 1, 2006 – Powered, the market and

the appointment of Buck Krawczyk to the position of vice president
of marketing. Krawczyk brings more than 25 years of strategic marketing
experience to the Powered executive team. As the new vice president
of marketing, Krawczyk will be responsible for developing and leading
the company’s product and corporate marketing initiatives
to meet the surging demand for new channels that cut through advertising
clutter by delivering relevant and valuable information to consumers.

Prior to joining Powered, Krawczyk was the vice president of marketing

the vice president of global operations for Hodkins Simone &
Searls, now Publicis Technology, where he managed worldwide operations.
